We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centres. Below is everything you need to know about processing times, carriers and delivery costs.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons processing may take 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over USD 59.
- Standard shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout.
- Expedited options are available for US addresses.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our order tracking page.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
Missing or delayed packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@mckesse.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right — including a replacement or refund.
