Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your McKesse machine. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

30-day return window

You may return any product purchased from jomilife.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in resalable condition — complete with all original accessories and packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@mckesse.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a return address.
3. Ship the item with the original packaging. For defective items we provide a prepaid label; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with the refund amount.

Non-returnable items

• Items showing signs of use beyond normal testing.
• Accessories opened from sealed packaging, unless defective.
• Gift cards and digital products.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
